The Quest for El Dorado is a deck-building adventure game where players lead expeditions through the jungles of South America in a race to reach the legendary city of gold. Starting with a small deck of cards, players use their hands each turn to move across terrain or recruit new team members, improving their deck and efficiency as the game progresses. Choosing the right strategy and path is key, as different terrain requires specific cards to traverse. When one player reaches El Dorado, the final round is triggered, giving others one last chance to catch up, with victory going to the player who reaches the goal first or, in the case of a tie, has collected the most blockades.
