Yes, we ship our board games all over the world. The typical international delivery time is between 7-14 business days. Due to some distribution restrictions some of our games can only be shipped to the United States. Each board game will clearly show if they have a shipping restriction or not.

Yes, you can cancel your order. We will swiftly refund your payment back to the payment method used. Please contact us either on our website or elevatedboardgames@gmail.com Exceptions - We can't cancel an order if the board game has already been shipped and the customer has already been given a shipping tracking number. Read our return policy if you want to return the board game.

We offer products for sale before their official release, requiring payment when the order is placed. Orders containing preordered items will ship only when the preorder is available. Items marked 'preorder' are not yet available, and the 'In Stock' quantity reflects our supplier's current order. All preorders ship in one shipment and cannot be split into separate orders.

Unfortunately, we don't have any retail stores at this time. Currently, we are only an online board game store located in Lehi, Utah. We would love to one day open up a physical retail store in Lehi, Utah. Just like Apple and Amazon, we started in our garage.
