Our Story

                                                                                                           Elevated Board Games, an online board game store, was created out of a                                                                                                                         passion for board games and desire to make the board game buying                                                                                                                                   experience, well, elevated! After playing a few gateway games, our eyes were                                                                                                               opened to the wonderful world of board games. Our newfound hobby of                                                                                                                         trying all the best games quickly took root and we couldn’t get enough. Yet, like                                                                                                   many avid gamers, we faced the common challenge of finding out-of-print                                                                                                                      games and scoring good deals without succumbing to the monopolistic grip of                                                                                                              major online retailers (Amazon, etc.). It was then that an idea was born.

 

                                                                                                          Blaze Aldrich is the owner and mastermind behind Elevated Board Games that                                                                                                            operates out of Lehi, Utah. He’s a big kid at heart with an entrepreneurial spirit                                                                                                            that made him quick to decide this idea should become a reality. Blaze doesn’t just talk a big talk about games; he actually plays them every chance he gets. While he prefers complex and take-that games, he’ll settle for a cooperative game every now and then to appease his wife. When he’s not playing games, Blaze can be found hiking trails in the mountains with his wife and three dogs.
