Description:
Questline is a fast-paced, simultaneous-play card game for 1-6 players set at Jorekburg's Embermoot storytelling contest, where players compete to earn the most reputation stars by building a hero's tale from a sequence of seven ascending numbered cards. In real time, players draw, discard, and swap cards—including grabbing discards from neighbors—to assemble a hand that maximizes points while avoiding numerical gaps, deciding when to finish and claim an epilogue card (with earlier finishers securing more valuable epilogues). Once everyone completes their questline, players reveal their sequences, recount their hero's journey, and tally scores, with the highest total crowning the legendary storyteller. Set in the shared World of Ulos universe (first introduced in Roll Player), the game requires no prior familiarity with other titles in the series, though fans may spot familiar characters.
