Formaggio board game is a standalone expansion for the board game Fromage, where players embody ambitious early-20th-century Italian cheesemakers crafting, aging, and selling artisanal cheeses to claim prestige as Italy's top creamery master. In this simultaneous worker-placement game, players place workers on their facing board quadrant to produce cheese and gather resources; the modular board then rotates to age cheeses and reveal new quadrants. Score points by selling to four unique locations via mini-games: pairing with wines at the Vigneto, attracting Venetian canal restaurant customers, distributing across Italy's Regioni, or depositing in the Banca for loans. Fully playable alone or mixed with Fromage for endless replayability, it features a 5-piece rotating board, asymmetric player boards, and premium components like wine tiles and gondolas.
