Description:
By Stealth and Sea is a tactical solitaire or cooperative wargame set during the WWII Battle of the Mediterranean. You command the Italian Decima Flottiglia MAS frogmen, piloting manned torpedoes to attack Royal Navy ships in Gibraltar, Algiers, and Alexandria harbors. The campaign covers nine historical attacks, where you score points by sinking naval vessels and support ships, using points to upgrade technology and train frogmen. The Royal Navy strengthens defenses after successful attacks. The goal is to match or surpass the historical achievements of the Decima Flottiglia MAS.
 
Gameplay: Each turn includes:
Fault Check Phase: Check for torpedo faults.
Manned Torpedo Phase: Torpedoes use two action points.
Harbor Defense Phase
